Marina 24/7 Plumbing is a call-only business. This policy explains what information we collect when you call us or visit this website, how we use it, and how to contact us about it.

Information we collect when you call
When you call (855) 575-2890, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell us. That usually includes your name, address, a description of the problem and a callback number. We use it to understand the problem and schedule a plumber.
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
A recording may include anything said on the call. Please do not share payment card numbers, passwords or other sensitive details unless we ask for them for a specific reason.
This website
This website has no forms, no chat tool and no accounts. We do not use analytics tools on this site. Like any website, the company that hosts it may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability.
The site shows a phone number as a tap-to-call button. Tapping it hands the call to your phone, and the call is then governed by the section above.
How we use information
- To answer your call and schedule a plumber.
- To share your address and problem details with the plumber assigned to the job.
- To improve how we answer calls and train the people who take them.
- To follow up about the job you called about.
- To meet legal obligations.
Who sees it
Details of your request are shared with the plumber sent to your address and with the people who handle our phone line. We do not sell your information. We may disclose it if the law requires, or to protect someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep call records and recordings only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize them. If you want yours removed sooner, contact us.
Your choices and California residents
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal limits. Tell us at the start of a call if you do not want it recorded, and we will tell you whether we can still help. California residents have additional rights under state privacy law, and we honor valid requests.
